Affluent Tucson Family Devastated That Only Son Went To A Circle K Instead Of A Quiktrip

Tucson Parents upset son went to Circle K instead of Quiktrip

TUCSON, AZ- A local couple has expressed their outrage and disappointment after their son, William, made the grave mistake of stopping at a Circle K convenience store instead of the beloved Quiktrip on his way home from work.

"I can't believe he would do this to us," said Mrs. Culver, tears welling up in her eyes. "We tried to make him appreciate the finer things in life. I guess we failed."

Equally devastated, Mr. Culver added, "I've been taking William to Quiktrip since he was a little boy. It's a family tradition. We would make little bets on how quickly the register employee could finish transactions while dealing with TWO customers simultaneously.

"William would always smile and comment on the well-placed fluorescent lighting and overall cleanliness. I’m utterly disappointed.”

As for William, he remains unrepentant in his choice. "I just wanted to feel a little alive, okay? Circle K just fulfills that subdued primal need for danger and grit in me. I can’t explain it. I don’t need to explain it.”

Mr. and Mrs. Culver, however, are determined to set their son straight and bring him back to the Quiktrip fold. "We'll just have to double down on our Quiktrip loyalty and hope that he comes to his senses," said Mr. Culver. "It's the least we can do for our family."

“I just want my son back,” Mrs. Culver solemnly added.

We intend to stay in touch with the family as this story develops.
